Originally from Ireland, I have lived and worked in the United Kingdom, the United States and the Netherlands for more than 25 years. Along the way, I navigated several significant professional transitions of my own — and learned to read clearly what is actually happening during a period like that, even before it has a name.

I specialise in the point where one chapter has closed and the next hasn’t yet taken shape. In my experience, the uncertainty, fatigue and not-knowing that come with that kind of transition aren’t a failure — they’re a signal pointing toward the direction still to be found.

My approach brings together three elements usually addressed separately: recognising the patterns underlying a situation, understanding what a difficult period is actually pointing toward, and translating that clarity into a concrete, workable direction.
